Step out onto the towpath and immerse yourself as you and your four legged friend enjoy the patchwork of valley landscapes from wet meadows, ponds and ditches to mixed beech woodland, parkland and pine plantation providing a network for wildlife and a passage to our past.
Located in the picturesque village of Moira, Moira Demesne is the perfect opportunity to talk your dog for a walk. with 40 acres of acres of parkland which incorporates beautiful walkways, picnic sites and play area there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
Located in the heart of Lisburn and covering 25 acres of mature parkland, Wallace Park is popular with dog walkers with its wide variety of gentle walks. The park provides a green oasis in an otherwise urban landscape and is often busy with families, cyclists and workers on a lunchtime stroll.
The forest is set in the picturesque village of Hillsborough with Hillsborough Fort on its grounds. Hillsborough Forest Park is very popular with visitors and dog walkers alike, the forest which covers an area of almost 200 acres, has Way-marked routes providing a variety of different walks to suit everyone's needs.
